That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty, so you can buy with confidence, knowing you’re choosing décor hardware built to deliver long-term, dependable performance. And because every item is hand-crafted, each piece is uniquely shaped and finished.
What “Lifetime Warranty” Means at RTZEN
RTZEN backs every product with a lifetime warranty, reflecting our commitment to long-term durability and craftsmanship. If your RTZEN product ever fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we’ll make it right.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, such as:
- Structural failure under normal, intended use
- Weld/connection failures caused by workmanship
- Defects in materials that impact safe, functional performance
What’s Not Covered
Because our products are used in real homes and real environments, some situations fall outside warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, scuffs, finish aging over time)
- Finish changes due to humidity, salt air, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning, or
outdoor exposure beyond intended use - Improper installation, overloading, misuse, negligence or accidents
- Modifications or repairs done by anyone other than RTZEN-approved support
- Cosmetic variations that are part of handmade production (unique texture, small shape differences, handcrafted marks)
- Damage caused by mounting unsuitable surfaces or using non-recommended
hardware
Handmade Character & Color Variation
RTZEN items are 100% hand-crafted by skilled traditional artisans, so natural variation is part of the product’s character.
Depending on the item, RTZEN items come in several colors / finishes:
- A very dark brown that tends toward black.
- White
- Antique Brushed Zinc
Eligibility
To keep things simple and fair, the lifetime warranty applies to:
- The original purchaser (or the original gift recipient)
- Products purchased through RTZEN’s official sales channels (including RTZEN’s
website and RTZEN’s official marketplace listings – Amazon and Etsy) - Items used under normal conditions and installed as intended
How to File a Warranty Claim
Please contact our support team and include the following:
- Your order information (order number or proof of purchase)
- Clear photos and video of the product and the issue (and the installation area if
relevant) - A short description of what happened (when it started, how it’s used, and where
installed)
What We’ll Do (Our Resolution Options)
After we review your claim, RTZEN may, at our discretion:
- Provide replacement parts (when applicable)
- Replace the item with the same model (or a comparable model if discontinued)
- Offer an alternative solution if the original product is no longer available
We aim to resolve warranty requests as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Shipping & Handling (Warranty Replacements)
If a return is required to evaluate or process a claim, we’ll provide instructions. Depending on the situation and location, shipping costs may apply. We’ll always confirm the next steps with you clearly before anything is shipped.
Installation Note
RTZEN products are designed to be easy to install, and many include screws and wall plugs (anchors). Proper installation into a suitable mounting surface is essential for safe, long-term performance.
Your Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by location. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
