ABOUT RTZEN PRODUCTS (HANDCRAFTED NATURE)

RTZEN products are crafted using traditional blacksmith-style methods and techniques. Each piece is individually hand-forged, giving it a unique character and artisan finish. While slight variations may occur, they are subtle and reflect the authenticity of the handmade process — never at the expense of quality or matching paired items.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site and place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Return/refund eligibility (including timing, item condition requirements, and exceptions) may vary depending on the product and order circumstances.

• a short description of the issue.

WARRANTY

RTZEN’s warranty terms (including any “lifetime warranty” statements, if applicable) are described on our Warranty page and/or product documentation. Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.

PROPER USE AND INSTALLATION

You are responsible for selecting appropriate mounting surfaces and installing products safely and correctly. Misuse, overloading, or improper installation may cause damage or injury and may void warranty coverage.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND AMAZON PURCHASES

The Site may include links to third-party platforms (including “RTZEN on Amazon”).

• Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• Purchases made on Amazon are not governed by these Terms and are instead governed by Amazon’s policies and the terms applicable on the Amazon platform.

All content on the Site, including text, product descriptions, photos, graphics, logos, and page design is owned by or licensed to Iron-Craft/RTZEN and protected by intellectual property laws.
